Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about TurnGenius, your Airbnb link, and what's in the host hub.
- What's an Airbnb link?
- It's the URL of your listing on Airbnb, e.g. airbnb.com/h/pond-oasis or www.airbnb.com/rooms/12345678. TurnGenius uses it to pull your listing name and basic details so your property appears in your host panel. We don't post to Airbnb or change your listing.
- Where do I find my Airbnb link?
- Log in to Airbnb, go to your listing, and copy the URL from your browser's address bar. It often looks like airbnb.com/h/your-listing-name or includes /rooms/ and an ID. Paste that full link when adding a property in TurnGenius.
- What do you do with my Airbnb link?
- We use it only to fetch your listing's name and relevant details so your property appears correctly in TurnGenius. We don't store your Airbnb password, list your property elsewhere, or modify anything on Airbnb.
- What is Deep clean?
- Deep clean is a per-property hub for recurring maintenance—not this afternoon's turnover checklist. You can track tasks with cadence, optional time estimates, an activity log, manual mark-done, and optional suggested tasks to speed up setup.
- What is Backlog?
- Backlog is a per-property list for everything that is not this flip: quotes, repairs, vendor follow-ups, and ideas. Items support priority, optional target dates, archiving, and quick capture from desktop or mobile.
- Is my listing data secure?
- We treat your data with care. Listing info and recordings are used only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Do I need to give crew access to my Airbnb?
- No. Crew only get access to TurnGenius—they see the properties you've added and can run checklists and record and upload videos. They don't need your Airbnb login or listing access.
