The host journey

You run the turnover. We keep everything in sync.

  1. Sign up

    Create your free account with email or sign in with Google or Facebook. No credit card required.

  2. Add your property

    Paste your Airbnb listing link (e.g. airbnb.com/h/your-listing). We fetch the listing name and details so your property appears in your host panel.

  3. Invite crew

    Add your cleaning crew by email. They receive an invite link to set a password and join your team.

  4. Crew runs the checklist and records proof

    Crew open the property in the TurnGenius app, work through your checklist, and record a short walkthrough when the turnover is done. Video uploads in the background with clear progress.

  5. You review, grade, and comment

    Watch recordings from your host panel, leave timestamped comments, and use star ratings so quality trends stay visible—not lost in chat threads.

  6. Deep clean & backlog live on the property

    Each listing gets its own Deep clean hub for recurring maintenance (cadence, time estimates, completion history, and optional task suggestions) and a Backlog for quotes, repairs, and ideas that are not this week’s turnover—priorities, target dates, and fast capture from desktop or mobile.
